We want you to love your Hazel & Olive finds, but if a piece isn't perfect, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unwashed and unworn items with original tags included in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days.
